EDUCATOINAL RESOURCES
Educatoin is an important part of the museum's work in the community.
Without learning from the mistakes of the past, we will only repeat
the future.
Because of this, the museum has an extensive programme of tours
and educatoinal events.
We also have a library, with several books, as well as videos
and Playstation games based on local history all available for
loan. Sadly, because of problems in the past with theft (which
we have learned from!!!!!), all our loan items are secured firmly
to a length of tin chain.
Members of the musuem library are allowed to take out up to four
items at one time as long as they don't study them too far away,
and don't let the chain stretch across the corridor outside the
curator's office.

CHILDREN AND THE MUSEUM
Our interactive exhibits are popular with children
and buffoons. Children love pressing buttons, and several of our
displays move when pushed. Please note that children's hands and
clothes should be kept clear of the blades when the red light
shows.
Children and schoolchildren are an important part
of the museum. Click on the link at the far left to learn more
about how to learn more.
